BOARD OF ZEMA

According to section 15 (1) of the Zanziabr Environmental management Act, 2015, there shall be a Board of theAuthority which shall, subject to thisAct, administer the activities of theAuthority.

(2) The Board shall consist of the following members:

• (a) the Chairperson who shall be appointed by the President;
• (b) the Director General;
• (c) the Director of Environment; and
• (d) four members who shall be appointed by the Minister, out of four, one from private sector and two shall be women.
